Here are some interesting quotes I think can be very useful and stimulating.
Trungpa, Rinpoche (Rinpoche is a Tibetan term for enlightened teacher, a scholar who has also achieved a Doctorate level in training and education), was a great teacher who was born in Tibet. Rinpoche, along with many other Buddhist lamas and nuns, escaped the Chinese occupation and subsequent slaughter of thousands of Buddhist monks, nuns as well as the destruction of many monasteries and historical artifacts. Trungpa came to the United States and became a leading proponent of the further development of Buddhism in the West, he founded the Naropa University in Colorado and developed the Shambhala Buddhist tradition. He was a great teacher.
There is a weekly email of quotes from his books and teachings.

This quote, Constant Self-Expression is very applicable for students, especially those who are studying the arts.
This quote, The Carrot of Enlightenment, describes how students who practice anything (meditation practice in this instance) need encouragement and understand that it is possible to achieve their goals!
